Surround Yourself With Love

Do you ever feel scared that you will have to leave people behind as you make the changes that you know in your heart you need to make in order to become the most successful version of yourself...?

In my humble opinion (or, IMHO for the millennials and younger...) one of the more challenging aspects of transforming yourself into the healthiest, happiest and most confident version of yourself is how it will affect your friendships.

Each year I strive to become a little bit more bad-ass, unapologetic, and more of the wild-woman that is my birth right. As a result, with each passing year, I become pickier and pickier about the women and men I surround myself with. I am looking for people who give me authentic belonging and connection.

Are you receiving authentic belonging and connection from your friends and loved ones...?

Watch here =>

As we peel back the layers of our most authentic selves, I find that we attract people into our lives who will further nurture and challenge our growth. However, a natural consequence of this is that it can become painfully clear that there are people in our lives who detract from our growth, or who benefit from suppressing it.

In these moments, you have two options:

1) You can turn to your favorite numbing technique in an attempt to hide from the truth.

Or,

2) You can embrace the courageous she-beast within, and seek out your tribe of like-minded individuals.

For all those who want to be the healthiest, happiest and most confident person you know... I invite you to join my community of international women and men who are committed to authenticity, growth, and providing belonging and connection to all those on their journey of transformation.

Take a moment and join us here:

Transform,

xx Lindsey T. H. Jackson
