OUR MISSION: To support and empower someone like you
As entrepreneurs, researchers, artists, partners, parents, etcetera, we know firsthand the challenges that can be inherent in our daily lives as seekers, but we believe there has never been a better time in our history for leaders, artists, healers and athletes like you to take the lead in places of influence.
Our team (more like family) is committed to doing everything in our power to nurture, support and empower you to be the game-changer you were born to be.
We are committed to the ongoing research that contributes to the better understanding of the mental, physical and emotional blocks that hold you back and prevent you from attaining your highest potential. And it is our mission to empower at least one million unique souls, of all different ethnicities, religions, classes, sexual orientation, cultures and marital status, to create a life of freedom, health, joy and abundance.
THE GIRL FROM PITTSBURGH: Once I Stopped Apologizing For Being Me, My Life Changed
Soooooo... How does a girl from The Burgh, Steeler Country, become a dancer, playwright, storyteller, entrepreneur, and life and business strategist to leaders all over the world?!
I don't know... let's ask some of the other amazing people Pittsburgh has turned out - Mr. Rogers, Andy Warhol, Christina Aguilera, need I say more..........-.
I was a contemporary dancer for the first part of my life, and I owe to that rigorous training my ability to translate complex research and methodologies into plays, stories and experiences that help us all heal and grow together. Would you believe, I hosted my first retreat at the age of nineteen and I knew then that I had found my calling.
Since that time I have been honored to help diverse individuals across four continents transform their lives and their businesses through my live events, speaking, workbooks, health products and personal coaching. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with people from all walks of life.
I have dedicated my life to this work, and in turn it has given me a life of joy, abundance, tears, and laughter... oh so much laughter!
My greatest wish, is that through my work you will come to know this same peace.
THE RESEARCH: Why We Fail To Reach Our Potential, And What We Can Do About It
For over 20 years my passion has been helping leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, and athletes, FREE THEMSELVES from negative thoughts and embrace the life they want - no matter how successful they already are - in the areas that matter most: their business, personal finance, intimate relationships, families, careers and health.
When I first delved into my research I was surprised to learn how little we knew about failure. I was like, "Um, wha?
Most of my core strategies for creating breakthroughs have come from my own research into health, wellness, and business strategies, my own personal development practice, and my travel and study throughout the four corners of this beautiful earth. After years of study here's what I know, that you need to know (grab a pen):
1) Failure is the fastest path to growth
2) If the system is stacked against you, go around the system and build a new one for others to follow
3) Learning to love and believe in yourself is the true path to lasting success..
THE BEDROCK: What understanding our childhood unconscious messaging can teach us...
Much of my teaching methodology is rooted in the Enneagram of Personality Types. An ancient typing practice that is used by individuals, organizations, and community groups to harness the best skills of each individual within the group.
‘Ennea’ meaning nine, and ‘gram’ meaning picture, the Enneagram points to nine different emotional intelligences. However, unlike other well-known typing structures, the purpose of working with the Enneagram is to better understand not just what we do, but why we do it. Empowered with this information, individuals and organizations are able to “free themselves from type”, in order to make better decisions that align with personal and, or organizational goals.
